Managing Partner Scott Flemming brings to Brevard County a unique portfolio of services. A Licensed Professional Counselor for over twenty years, Scott wanted to combine his clinical skills with several of his other passions; sports, music, and education. Scott's counseling background includes working with at-risk youth, crisis intervention, marriage and family, employee assistance, group therapy, and counseling at a school for juvenile offenders. Scott's sports background is equally diverse. As an athlete, he has played ice hockey, baseball, and soccer since age 5. As a coach, he has worked with children from 5-16 years old in basketball, hockey, and soccer. Scott is currently a coach with the Indialantic Youth Soccer Association, a role he also held with the Satellite Beach Soccer Club. In between soccer seasons, there was even time to coach his daughter's PAL Basketball team to a championship! To round out his portfolio, Scott has enjoyed a successful career as a professional musician for over 23 years and had the honor of teaching AP Psychology to seniors at The Montgomery Academy.
